rustybridge:
Colorize Pittsburgh is an effort beautify the city’s urban landscape through color and they achieved that by brightening up the Troy Hill hillside. The welcoming wall can be seen across the Allegheny from the Strip and Polish Hill and draws attention to the Troy Hill area.
